Easter Lambs 2017
Blue Star Cakes has a long history of making Paschal Lambs, which were made again in 2017. These are a traditional Easter treat that you simply may not find made in the same way elsewhere in Sydney. From his early training in Sicily, Biagio Di Mento learnt and developed the recipes and skills to produce these beautiful show pieces. They are made from marzipan which is made entirely at Blue Star and then shaped into finely detailed moulds before being hand painted and decorated.
